High intake of caffeine, more than 500 to 600 mg per day, in either food or pharmaceutical form can lead to symptoms like restlessness, irritation, disturbed sleep cycles, and abnormal heart rhythms.
In addition to this, if you are Caffeine sensitive or pregnant, you need to reduce Caffeine intake a lot. Caffeine consumption during pregnancy will lead to preterm.
